  • The word “Trinity” is not in the Bible but the concept is.
  • The Trinity in the Old Testament: Genesis 1:1; Genesis 1:26; Genesis 3:22; Genesis 11:7; Exodus 3:2; Psalm 110:1; Nehemiah 9:20; Isaiah 6:8; Isaiah 48:12-23; Isaiah 61:1
  • The Trinity in the New Testament: Matthew 3:16-17; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; 1 Peter 1:2
  • God the Father is provider
  • The Father provides:
    • Creation: Genesis 1:1; 1 Corinthians 8:6; Revelation 4:11
    • Revelation: Romans 1:19-20; Revelation 1:1
    • Salvation: John 3:16-17; John 20:21; 1 John 4:14
    • The Spirit: John 14:16-17
